Create or Import
You can create a new presentation within Prezi Video or you can easily import one that you have already created from PowerPoint or Prezi.
Pick a Template
There are many designs to choose from and each one presents the presentation in a slightly different way. You can click through all of the options to see how it will look during the video conference and then select the one you like the best.

Prezi video works with them all! I have used it with Zoom and Google Meet, but there are other options as well.
Change the View in Real Time
Once you are in the video conference, you can easily choose what the participants see: only you, only your presentation, or you and your presentation. There is no need to stop what you are doing to “share your screen” because everything is already set up and ready to go. You can move seamlessly between all views and it looks very impressive!
