Are you planning an international trip? If so, put these things in your Amazon cart immediately! I travel internationally for work (usually with a large group of students!) and for fun, and these are the things I don’t leave home without.

  1. Passport holder

If you are traveling with a group, especially kids, this make holding on to documents and important papers super easy and convenient. I love this multiple passport holder because I can stuff it in my purse or it comes with a strap, so I can wear it like a cross body. This is helpful when navigating the airport or when you go to a museum or attraction that doesn’t allow bags, but you want to keep your passports with you.

  2. Cross-Body Bag

I am extremely picky about my travel bags and I put a lot of thought into what I will carry each day while sightseeing. If I am with students and I need to carry a lot of stuff…like a first aid kit, snacks, paperwork, etc.….I love this Baggalini bag in solid black. It holds tons of stuff (even a laptop if you want!) and it also converts into a backpack. That is such a great option since I often can’t decide if I want a purse or a backpack. This is both! If you don’t need as large of a bag, I really like this other option from Baggallini or the Luluemon Festival Bag.

  3. Charging Brick

We all use our phones for some much while traveling that having an extra charge on the go is a must. I really like this one from Anker since it’s not too heavy and lasts a long time.

  4. Travel Adapter

This Bestek Universal Travel Adapter always goes with me overseas. It has both regular plugs and USB ports and there is enough space to charge all of your devices at once. This is a bit more expensive than other options but you won’t need to purchase anything else and it has lasted forever.

  5. Sunglasses

I must have my favorite pair of sunglasses when I travel, the Maui Jim Sugar Beach rimless glasses, and I have a case that hooks onto the side of my backpack. That helps save space and keeps them easily accessible. Trust me, this sunglasses case is worth it.

  6. Travel Pillow

Travel is tiring, and I like to be able to sleep on transportation if I want to…buses and trains as well as the airplane. I love the travel pillows like this one that hook on to my bag.

  7. Packing Cubes

Oh how did I ever travel without packing cubes?! The amazon basics ones are great, but if you want some that have a space-saving double zipper system to get all of the air out, these are a more expensive option.
